The limited options for the tech accounts provide me with extra work editing their times.

This software is very user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. It is a great improvement from our previous work order and inventory system.

Mobile apps and the ability to track labor and costs. Not to mention spare parts and inventory.

The connector tools seems to be broken. I have had several issue with this.

With unlimited users I am able to expand to more than just my maintenance responsibilities. The ease of use and price make this the best CMMS on the market in my opinion.

This software is very easy to use in comparison to others on the market. I like the fact that their is a lot of possibilities to customize the data.

There are areas I do not use due to other software packages that are in our organization. Customer support has been very good.

Ability to put in meter readings is terribly painful. You cant add parts while in a workorder.

Which doesn't sound like much but every thing you click will have load times. The app is terrible and unusable.

Overall Asset Essentials has been an incredible tool to show accountability for work orders on multiple levels from the techs, to requesters, to locations and even assets that are problematic.

Couple this program with InventoryEdge, a separate module, but well integrated functional step up into a more sophisticated asset maintenance program.

Asset Essentials has a very easy to use platform and mobile app. It allows my technicians to stay on the move across our 5 facilities.

I started searching for a scheduling software. I had tried several and was unhappy with each of them.

I love that Zenmaid is continuing to improve and add more reports. I like to analyze data company data in excel, and some of these reports make it much easier for me to analyze.

The app does not work well, we use the web version mostly.

I love the ZenMaids software at first I was really skeptical on using it because of the monthly price but after using the free trail and playing around with it for awhile, I love it.

I like how easy it was to learn and how easy it is to adjust our schedule. I love that they add new features often that help me run my business better.

This drives me nuts because as we are using we think of new things to add but cannot put the new fields next to others of similar vein so the information is a bit disjointed in appearance.

The colors in the design, the somewhat ease of use and that it has some customizing abilities to it.

It was integrated via Square, we've talked to Square multiple times and sent invoices separately through Square, which is working fine.

This software has freed up so much of my time, so that I am no longer spending hours a day working my business. On top of all of that, they have the best customer service that I have ever come across.

The software has  solved my  issues with the back end of the office and having to have so many programs to do the everyday things, ZenMaid has save me time and money.

In the beginning there was issues bit that was long ago and is no longer and issue.

It is great value for your money and very reasonable priced if you compare it to other software. Final, the support and communication with the Zenmaid team is amazing.

As you grow scheduling can become challenging Zen helps to keep things simple and the features improve all the time. The zen maid team is also a great resource to those newer to the industry.

The emails templates are amazing, you can schedule the time for automated text with reminders to be sent every day. It is very easy to use and you can link with zapier to help automate your business.

The online booking platform has great customization. The app for employees makes scheduling a breeze.

The ease of use, the ability to scale and the additional features it has are amazing. From GPS tracking apps, to snapshot reporting to a simple to read dashboard - it really does everything.

My clients also enjoy the automatic reminders. The company is incredibly supportive when it comes to setting up and using the software.

Payroll cannot be calculated by scheduled times instead of clock in and out times so have to manually change and as there are errors in this part also is very time consuming to complete.

They are always implementing new features and for me this is the best part, always improve what is already amazing.

I even integrated it to my website. The part I love the most is the booking form and payroll.

ZenMaid is a cloud-based residential cleaning service scheduling solution designed for maid service owners. The solution offers a platform for users to schedule customer appointments and automate their day-to-day operations.


ZenMaid sends work orders to cleaners/maids in the field and sends reminders to customers for upcoming cleanings. Additionally, ZenMaid automatically sends follow-ups after appointments to garner feedback and referrals and offers reporting capabilities to the users.
