BIM 360 has been a helpful tool for its application with daily issues logs. It is easy to use and it provides different ways of filtering the data which is helpful.

I love the user friendliness and the inter-activeness of the program. Will recommend it to all my associates.

Helps keep track of things like synchronizing across different offices in places across the country/world. I wish it forced users to sign in so coworkers all maintained connection.

It has a good integration with the iPad, what makes it a good tool for field.

Progress photos documented throughout the course of construction has saved us money. Also posting sketches/linking drawings to quickly thumb through the plans is super helpful.

The lag time drives me nuts. Not sure if its the device I have running the program or the software itself.

It's great to be able to look through large models quickly rather than having to use Revit to open each one.

Good Integration Software for Mid-Level Company.

The 2D/3D integration and the mobile phone integration are the two things I like best. I also like that it automatically hyperlinks your drawings.

You'd expect a higher quality user interface from a company as established as Autodesk, but that's a minor complaint. Autodesk's customer service is responsive and they support their programs well.

IPad app is easy to use and makes field work easy. Fast response time from customer support in resolving issues.

The interface is still difficult to navigate for more seasoned professionals which can cause them frustration.

Organized and ease of use. Admin portal fairly easy to use.

With current price I imagine it is a solution for large (10 000 sqm) project when your company is involved form design to construction.

Always available and always knowledgeable and give up real follow up when needed. You can also provide feedback which sometime result in newest features which is awesome.

For the field this cant be beat. In the office Bluebeam kills it.

Organized way of setup of RFI's, submittals is very good. The Document Management is very helpful to maintain specific drawings and Sketches.

We found out that some contractor used their accounts without a purchased plan. Notifications often didn't come through and displayed wrong text (e.g. other issue that was answered).

This program is very easy to utilize and the customer service is extremely timely and effective.

I like how intuitive it is. The ability to upload photos specifically for punchlist items makes documenting quality issues extremely easy.

Is very expensive and for general managment or project engineer in the mining sector is very difficult to work with, because of the lack knowledge and is not very common in the sector.

The homepage/interface is a little bit confusing to navigate at first.

Very nice because my activities have become much more practical and easy to do.

It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.

Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.

Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

The mobile app is great for our guys in the field to use. Straight forward pretty simple.

It has a very fluid customization feature. Working in HTML is really nice and the support to help you get through it is phenomenal.

There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.

Perfect fit that has the option to integrate with Quickbooks, but works as a standalone if you want to separate it from your accounting system.

The customer service is fantastic. There is not usually a wait time to get a person on the line to assist in any way.

So many willing reps to help answer the questions i have. And the software is extremely user friendly.

These guys really do want to make a great product. They have a ton of different individual users, and keep striving to add functionality to make the software more user friendly and better.

I have been using this application for 2 years. It is quick and easy to use.

MHelpdesk makes very eye-pleasing invoices and billing statements, and they are easy to manipulate and add/change information on.

Quickbooks integration came along too late for us to play with or even consider. The support team is pretty responsive and helpful when available.

Love this product and it is great value for money. Looked at other products out their but they don't do what this one can do for the same money.

I would recommend this for any IT company looking for a great program at a wonderful price to help grow and move into the future.

Best thing about MHelpDesk is that its all online and they have very supportive customer service reps.

I think it's a great knowledgerbase and Accounts receivable tool.

The demo and set up was great. They did the hard part with our onboarding.

We've been able to negotiate lower prices as a long time customer, but if we had to pay today's rates based on what we know now, we would look for something else.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

I have not used anything slower since dial up internet. No one at the company can give us a straight answer as to when fixed will be implemented and everyone gives the run around to save themselves.
