  • Pros

  • The program has a lot of great tools related to architecture to help with noting markups quickly and adding text and callouts. Easy to use and definitely overtakes Acrobat in my workflow.
  • Material list and breakdowns and customer service was good , it did a lot of what i was looking for but to much for my company.
  • Cons

  • Customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with.
  • Has a tendency to crash. Some functions, such as zoom, pan, are clunky.

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
