Chose Buildops so that everything is in one location and it's easy to navigate. I'm currently handling invoices, jobsite quality and tracking technicians and can do it all from the platform.

Overall, I think BuildOps is great and the support team does their best to listen to us and fix any issues we come to them with.

It's also improved by having excellent integrations with our accounting program.

The inability to transfer existing properties between different customers makes managing accounts very burdensome. In our city properties change their managing agency sometimes yearly.

Overall has a great balance of nice features that we actually use (maintenance agreement management, time tracking, OCR) at a reasonable price.

Schedule your implementation right away. It took us longer to schedule a live date (our fault) and when we finally decided, we had to wait a couple extra weeks.

The customer service and support staff are amazing. When we were getting it implemented we had someone meet with us 2-3 times a week to help get it set up and then moved to once a week.

We've gained a lot of insight into our business, which has helped us enhance our dispatching, agreements, and tracking to become a better run company.

When new updates to the platform come out the engineering mistakes can interrupt our operations.

The ability to add value for the end user is great. It helps people at all levels of the team to access Customer Information and allows them to see the history and challenges the customer may have.

The training is wonderful. When ever we needed help trainers took time to show us step by step how to work the system or if there were any issues they were just a phone call away.

Communication with the support team and the system is pretty affordable with all the functionality. I'm using the majority of their tools and have seen updates to the software (for the better).

Easy customer interface on mobile app. Keeping track of assets and old work orders is awesome.

We have been using it at our company for aver a year with great success. It’s easy to find what we need or get help very quickly with customer service.

After integration we still had about 2 months of growing pains but the Build Ops team was in contact daily, helping me to work through any issues that came up.

While it contained a ton of functionality, it was broken up into very clear modules and logical in how everything was laid out. The accounting connection is airtight and no more double-entry.

The best part is its super easy to use and so well thought out that it takes most of our folks just a few hours before they get comfortable with the basics.

We loved the simple and intuitive user interface buildops offers. Also loved the scheduling and dispatch tools.

I think the integration to this software is difficult, especially for employees who are not used to using project management software. There are lot of functions and things dependent on other inputs.

I was beyond irritated at that point. We paid for a setup and we have to do the file conversions too.

We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.

The entire staff is understanding to our needs and quickly recommends the best way to use the software to best benefit our needs.

The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.

Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

We have saved  money, less paper, less toner, employees have more time work due to not having to fill out paper invoices, not having to scan invoices or mail them out.

The program is very  user friendly as is the onboarding process. Easy navigation within both the mobile version for our field technicians and also within the office user license on the admin side.

All in all, it is a great tool that can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.

Again only thing I disliked was crashing during mobile.

They have a good thing going, but really need to work on service interruptions, along with better training of tech support.

I like the amount of options the overall program offers; such as tracking call sources, maintenance agreement tracking, installation/equipment tracking, general layout of the software itself.

Like that I can keep better track of profitability on individual projects.

We most liked the scheduling aspect of the software as well as the integration with Quickbooks.

Quick and easy invoicing. Like how easy and fast it is to create quotes.

The Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable and super quick to respond. Each user can customize their settings to maximize the ease of use.

You cannot click on a time slot in the dispatch board to initiate a scheduled work order/job. When you e-mail a quote to a customer the customer has no way of approving that work order.

Everything takes 20 extra steps to complete support is useless techs hate it information is lost connection with quickbooks is a major issue. WHAT YOU ARE SOLD IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I only had a couple problems with uploading a ticket but FieldEdge was able to assist with correcting immediately.

I am extremely thankful for the support team at FieldEdge. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and know their application well.
