When they disappear at 7pm at night on a service call and you have to rewrite them it SUCKS.

It is super user friendly & easy to use. I love that it can be used on a computer, cell phone or tablet and there is no subscription.

It seems to be fairly easy to use. I don't get to use it  as frequently as I would like due to other tasks, so I have questions quite regularly.

Additionally, the fact that you have to go into every proposal individually to change to lost or inactivate. After a month we go in an change proposals to lost/inactive.

There is a definite learning curve on any new product especially software but the customer support has been great.
