  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.
  • The program is very user friendly as is the onboarding process. Easy navigation within both the mobile version for our field technicians and also within the office user license on the admin side.
  • Cons

  • We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.
  • Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

  • They built a solution in a very timely manner and created forms and workflows which are easy to use for the teams on the ground and effective in capturing the required information.
  • I like best about this software is the ability to tailor it to your own operations from pre planning, accountability, visibility and client delivery.
  • Cons

  • They were super-helpful in the setup process, but it does take time and effort. So I wouldn't say it is hard to use or setup, I would just say those things take some time.
  • The forms are really hard to understand and navigate.
