FieldEZ is a Field Service Management Solution that helps organizations transform their field operations through automated job scheduling and work order management. The software works on all iOS (Apple), Android and Windows mobile devices. It also integrates with many other systems including QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Salesforce and Zoho CRM.

FieldEZ can be accessed at any time and from anywhere; it works even in areas with low or no network availability. FieldEZ allows technicians to locate customers, diagnose problems, and decide on corrective action all from their mobile devices. Access to real-time information and mobility means improved first-time fix rates, less paperwork, and the ability to assign jobs by location, skills or groups. The scheduler system can handle reschedules, shifts, batch/group scheduling, and more.

FieldEZ has many customizable options for creating specific workflows and business processes, adding a company logo and custom data fields, and unlimited user support.

Cons

I don't think so Cons so far now, except tools and guides to using app effectively. Can be an easy written document (user manual) or Videos can be provided.

It has loads of Customisation options and simple to use. It is also efficient in terms of delivering the results.

Cons

I cannot think of one yet just recommendation videos would be helpful to use the app effectively and quickly.

It's an absolute masterpiece of software. Very regularly updated, impeccable customer support, infinite subtasks, revision history for files. So many things. Tasks can exist in multiple locations for genius organizing, time logs with comments... never ending features. 99% rock solid. This is very useful for Sales and service - Field person's.

Cons

Can't make workspaces publicly viewable Expensive if you want all the features.
Hard to get even a small non profit discount.

I liked the fact that they were able to customize the application to meet my exact requirements. don't think there are any other software that provides this level of customization. They were also quite prompt and helped get started with the product in less than a week.

Overall the product has a lot of features, and for the price it is great! The user interface could be better - but its not a deal breaker. They also do not have auto-routing capabilities in their scheduler.

I was able to instantly setup the application for my business and FieldEZ with the help of their support team. It has helped me automate my business processes completely. I get access to all field data in real-time and conveniently & effectively manage my field service persons schedule. I am happy that they are always open to suggestions and respond quickly to customer requirements and concern, keep up the good work!

Pros

1) Configurability - Love the fact that the system can be configured the way one wants to suit their business requirements.

2) Price - Great price point for the value and the features it offers.
