  • Pros

  • Ease of sotware use, the many built in reporting features, and fast and efficient customer care and support. A great value for the money.
  • Great program i am sold i have been looking for the perfect fit for awhile.
  • Cons

  • Some GPS units will get lost and during that down time we cant track the route of the truck. And to be able to fix it the tech requires us to have the truck with us to trouble shoot it.
  • The fact the the tracking is not always use to find the driver but it can be used to get a driver into trouble for being in a location.

  • I love how technicians can create quick quotes from estimate templates, show pictures and pricing, good/better/best options and financing and even take payments and signatures on the go.
  • The scheduling and dispatching board and screens are easy to navigate and very helpful.
  • Cons

  • The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.
  • Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.
