Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • THis application allows me to keep track of pretty much everything in the office. I absolutely love it!

  • I like that it is very user friendly and easily customazible.

  • Cons

  • I feel like it lacked in depth tools no tear sheets no followup scheduling. It was very simple which worked but you could say it had a limited reach.

  • The mobile app has had a number of bugs and issues. But we contact customer service and it seems to fix. However we still run into minor issues here and there.

  • Pros

  • The staff give updates once a week with new or updated features. They are working to improve RepairShopr all the time.

  • The GUI is nice and easy despite the Americanisms, automated most of our work flow, ticketing and stock control. Made good use of current integrations.

  • Cons

  • Some of the features are limited and payment gateway options are somewhat limited. It's a good mix of services but you have to put time and money into it raising the cost in one way or another

  • No Square integration. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it would be nice if it was seamless.
