Mobiwork has solved our centralized quoting, scheduling, and dispatching problem by providing an easy to use and learn system that has enough customization and flexibility to perform the tasks that would normally require a far more expensive platform.

Mobiwork has allowed us to process requests from quote through dispatch and completion to invoice without the need for more expensive platforms that cost many multiples compared to this program. Ability for a small staff to perform all needed functions for quoting, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing in one package

Cons:

Existing process to add parts, services, customers, etc can be improved to allow for new assets or parts to be added directly from the workorder page.

Versatile and comprehensive software backed by excellent support

MobiWork has been an excellent business partner, providing topnotch support anytime we've needed it. Their support ticketing is easy to use and they are responsive, even if it's just a ticket for a question the team has about a feature. The software is easy to navigate and even our less tech-savvy field employees don't have problems figuring it out.

Pros:

I like MobiWork's versatility and customization options. It fits our business needs because it not only provides great routing optimization and visibility, but it also allows the team to manage truck inventory and invoice.

Cons:

When you have a large number of customers it can take a little bit to load screens, especially on the Composite routing view.

MobiWork gave us the combination of cost value, versatility and customization we needed. What tipped us over the edge was their support team.

We outgrew our former system, it lacked the versatility and customizations we needed to grow our business. We were able to combine inventory management and routing into a single platform to simplify the field team's work.

More bang for your buck, but you got what you pay for. Very customizable but very buggy.

Working with tech support is frustrating because they just give you pushback every time you submit a bug. If you can't tell them exactly how to recreate it they push it back on you to tell them how to recreate it before they'll even submit it to their technical team. This waits a lot of my time helping them with their software development and quality assurance as a customer. I don't work in their software development team. I pay them for the software service and I expect the software to work. They should do their own quality assurance but it's obvious they're not doing any of it. It's painfully obvious that the features and quality of the Android app software is of the lowest priority to MobiWork. There are several features in there like scheduling that just don't work well at all and are very difficult to use in the Android app. The website scheduling works great and is fully featured. Don't buy this product if you're a sole proprietor and expected you all of your work through the Android app because that's not what they have provided or plan to provide. Most of the bugs are in the Android app and they seem to think that that fixing them is a low priority. This is likely because they put most of their effort and features and priorities into the web application which is what most of the office workers use to do all of the scheduling and billing at most of their customers.

The price was very reasonable compared to the competitors. It's feature Rich and very customizable. You can customize the notifications, email or text message templates, And they'll customize the look and feel of the application for you and your customers PDFs like invoices and work orders, etc. the website has a lot of great features and works really well most of the time. You get a lot of value for your money.

Cons:

It's very buggy. Almost every new release includes new bugs that they did not know about. As a previous software developer, it is obvious that there is not any quality control in their software development process. I report a few bugs every month and I've been using it for a year and a half. The quality of the software is a low priority or just not even considered at all. It seems as though they're software development process is completely outsourced and poorly managed. I thought just submitting all the bugs to them would be enough to get them to improve the quality of the software but new bugs still come out with most software release. The problem isn't the backlog of bugs that are marked low priority and not fixed for quite a while. The problem is that quality assurance is not part of their software development process so there are always going to be new bugs.

A much better price. Advertise features sounded better: Android app, fully customizable notifications, fully customizable PDFs.

Reasons for switching to MobiWork

Too many bugs. Poorly designed and implemented QuickBooks sync. It took an extra 3 weeks or 120 hours of extra bookkeeping to manually import all of the invoices from their application due to QuickBooks sync data corruption problems.

MobiWork has a product that works well for any dispatching or scheduling organization. We use it within the transportation industry to dispatch our technician quickly to emergency breakdown. Everything works in real-time and is easy to use from portal to technical mechanics out in the field via the mobile app. Our customers use the customer portal to eliminate the need for telephone interaction.

Excellent solution for property management maintenance and construction

We manage a lot of units, commercial and residential. Mobiwork is crucial to being able to manage maintenance and service calls and billing for the work needed. Easy to use interface for techs in the field, tracks all their time, locations, and schedules. Has improved our response since techs are alerted so quickly when a work order is assigned.

Corrigo was not willing to update their software with the customized scripting they had set up for us initially. We had specific rules needed for billing and charging out and we were on an old version and got left behind as they updated the software. We needed a new solution that was easier to use both for admins and field users and still have the custom rules implemented in billing that we needed. Mobiwork was the easy choice for us.
