As a small family-owned pool company, it has made keeping our routes, customers, service history, chemical readings, photos, and notes organized SO much easier. Our favorite part is being able to send customers a detailed service report as soon as we leave their pool, including exactly what was done, chemical readings, dosages, and photos. It gives our customers peace of mind and gives us great documentation of every visit. It has definitely helped us look more professional, stay organized, and communicate better with our customers. Unfortunately skimmer app is no longer a leader in the pool service software world. Pricing has quadrupled over the last 5 years, when I started using the app everything was included at one nice affordable price, now the price is astronomical and doesn’t make sense.
