The absolute WORST and I really mean THE WORST thing about OneDrive is that it RUNS Microsoft OneNote. You can't have ONE without the other ONE.

Huge storing capacity with ease of use, plus adding files to the shared file with your team is super simple, and make all the files accessable from everywhere. Highly recommend it for everyday use.

When there is a file discrepancy it can be really hard to determine the problem. It's hard to know if you are signed out.

I like having the ability to save items on my desktop at work and being able to access them at home. It is easy for me to simply save from my desktop and access anywhere.

There is alot with this program that makes it confusing to use and sometimes it is a disappointment.

Sometimes OneDrive has given errors (due to syncing or momentary loss of internet) and it is quite annoying. The biggest issue is when transferring documents and you have to restart all over again.

I love the ease at which you can access documents on the fly. If I need to get to something quickly and I’m away from the office, this software is great.

The way it integrates with all other Microsoft products is exceptional, the clean design, great amount of space given and the fact you can use multiple devices is also a great add-on.

I hate Notifications and it will not stop dinging and flashing Messages. Can not figure out how to disable them.

I like that it’s very intuitive, easy to use and that is an excellent tool to share and save my file ,document  or photos.

It's the best solution for backing up your files easily. The best part of it is been able to integrate your phone, computer and tablet.

There’s not much bad to say about this software, but the lack of access to settings through ‘ Properties’ is a bummer.

The software seems to sync often and tends to lock up the system momentarily. I have never lost any files but this is still a slight annoyance.

OneDrive offers a lot of free storage, which is great. It has a very nice user interface that is easy to use.

I like the idea, but that's it. I loved what the software said it would do-- it seemed like a silver bullet solution at the time.

A client opened its vault and saw identities of all clients -- in violation of IRS security requirements.

There can be a little frustration when it comes to the search function of clients and their vaults.

Clients access their folders with ease and we get email notifications hourly if there are uploads. It puts clients at ease that their documents are in a secure home.

Then we ran out of space again. Then, the dashboard told us that we had space, but we were getting error messages that we were out of space.

It is so easy to get acclimated to SmartVault. Pre-training is important and the SmartVault University provides lots of useful information.

Excellent product for client security when multiple documents are being sent back & forth. Integration with other software that we use is important.

The price is affordable for a boutique firm like mine. It also puts me at ease for the security for confidential information sharing with clients.

We quit using Smart Vault and switched to IntuitLink and Docusign proper (just in case anyone wants a better option here).

It's sometimes difficult if you have the same name clients.

The current global pandemic has meant that the software has been a god send in maintaining client relations and service provision. I am pleased to have moved over and would recommend.

This is just an example, a myriad of other features that are well intentioned end up completely useless or worse due to lack of customization.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Easy to set up and invite clients and give the appropriate access according to their status i.e. full for the company director down to folder or file specific.

The Outlook plug-in was repeatedly stopped by Outlook for slowing it down.

I cannot say enough about their vision to continue to improve it's interface. This is a super cost effective way for me to operate my tax practice as well as the work I do with other clients.

Learning SmartVault was a bit difficult in the beginning but the company provides plenty of training and hundreds of videos.
