  • Pros

  • The reports we generate are fantastic. So much easier to track vehicle mileage, fuel costs and maintenance.
  • Ease of use, quality of staff and assistance and the design of the software.
  • Cons

  • I'm not sure if this is more of an Agile issue, or how we do things on our end, but billing always seems to take longer than I think it should.
  • The only fault I can see is that users must enter every part number and part separately. This is a tedious but necessary part of keeping fleet maintenance updated.

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
