Asset tracking, maintenance & reports tabs have been very beneficial in our operation. We like the detail levels the software provides.

The ability to be on the web, the ability to track all our asset with cost of ownership, like mileage.

FASTER is a comprehensive package capable of managing any operation. Software allows ability to fully analyze the business performance measures.

We have had a great working relationship with the support team, and the software is a well-developed package for managing a fleet of vehicles.

The Purchase Order tracking does not allow for a Purchase order to entered with and error and correction.

Our largest success is being able to project when to replace an asset before I have to replace it. This done by accurately tracking asset costs during the entire life of each asset.

I like the modular build with all needed aspects to manage a versatile fleet. I like the WEB structure which gains me access anywhere inside the county's intranet.

Truly like the ability to export reports to EXCEL and Word for additional customization.

Faster’s customer service is great and very personable.

The ease of reporting and communicating repair cost and history to our customers is seamless. FASTER WEB allows for city employees outside our Fleet organization to access their vehicle records.

The software keeps us on top of PM's, Repairs, Parts and Fuel. We have integration for fuel, bringing into FASTER fuel transactions including meters.

The software has so many facets its difficult to master them all.

There are many items in the database that are inconsistent or contain poor coding.

We are very happy with the software and it has greatly enhanced our ability to manage our fleet.

Overall it’s a great product that is easy to under and in time a user can get real knowledgeable.

The experience has been great. Any time I have a question, even one I think is dumb, they are helpful and quick to get me on the right path.

The inability to customize affordably. Not able to capture all the info we need.

Omnitracs - Roadnet is great for my company. I can track our employees to see where they are at, at any given time.

It has not only allowed us to squeeze out transportation costs but, given us tools to improve customer service as well.

Once you get everything set up like you want it  is very useful in your everyday mission.

There are lots of problems with the server and running the reports causing a significant amount of downtime.

Overall we've had a positive experience with Omnitracs.

They had a good sales people. When 1st talking with they made it sound good not good do not purchase this.

Our fleet of OTR owner operators enjoy routing specifically designed for truck drivers, which is safe, accurate and efficient all at a reasonable price.

As I said, it has been very easy to set up and use as well as easy to instruct new drivers in the use of the product. It has been a great way to stay compliant with very little to no hassle.

Omnitracs is pretty easy to learn to use and the interface between the driver and dispatch is great.

There are still boxes/features that most folks aren't sure how to use or what they're for. It isn't as intuitive as some software, but that doesn't detract from the functionality.

The system is completely backwards. So difficult to use along with the online system.

The website has some helpful resources, and the singular time I reached out for assistance the process was smoother than expected and I was pleased with their help.

The most annoying is the way Qtracs shows the position of the truck.

Driver performance, truck location, ease to use.

The multiple platforms when adding a truck. Also sales should be 24/7 got shipped the wrong connector cable and the truck couldn't get on the road till Tuesday.

Did the vice has a delay when you hit a button.

Omnitracs is very attentive and customer service is excellent. When you are on the road and run into any issues they are quick to help and correct.

The user experience is awful. There was very little guidance with setting up our system for our usage.

Now I'm stuck in a hotel waiting for a reset. I may quit this company and it would all be omnitracs fault.

Their Sales and Accounting service teams are horrible. Turnover seems high & I've been trying to get Sr.

Great customer service and response time. Backoffice is very user friendly as well as the systems themselves for our drivers.

Thus product is very easy driver friendly and management easy to. I would get some other options but haven’t had the time get it changed.
