customer service has be great.
tracking ease and over all help with maintenance and mileage
PROSi like that we can track each truck with ease from our phone and computers. also it is going to help accounting with keeping up with miles traveled and fuel used
CONSa little difficult to grasp for start up i still have a lot to learn about setting up and the trainers go at a fast paced.

Accurate tracking device
I would not want to have all the benefits that GPS Trackit offers. The daily checks on my team location, and easy-to-use follow up reporting is crucial to our business.
PROSAccurate tracking and little downtime. Intuitive reporting.
CONSIn the past, updates to our profile (address specifically) have not been changed over and I've had to contact a few times with still no update. Also, after adding an additional device after our initial order, we have to have a separate account instead of just 1 account.

RFH's review of GPS trackit
They offer back cameras. Apparently, back cameras are not offered from most companies, including large companies like Verizon.
CONSWe can only request 20 seconds of footage at a time.

GPS Trackit
My overall experience has been great. It showing me the things I'm looking for and a good guild to what is going on with each driver.
PROSI use the GPS for all my scheduling and tracking my miles. Also let me view my associates driving habits.
CONSWhen I got the new GPS, noy much training came with it.
Reason for choosing GPS Trackit
Most of the other owners prefer this over the other brands. Easy to use and follow.

Great Product
We like that we can monitor our trucks activites in a timely fashion. We can look and see where they are and how they are being driven. Its very simple to hop onto the app and pull up the information we are looking for. It has been a great system to have in place at a great value.
CONSWe have been fully satisfied with GPS Trackit for what we use it for. We dont need all features however the ones we use we are happy with.
Reasons for switching to GPS Trackit
They were not integrated with online use. Only on each truck individually.
