The Software looses and malfunctions a lot and there is almost no way to fix the issues because nothing is editable. I called Customer Service and they have no record of my concerns or issues.

It monitors everything in. It makes it a little difficult to determine what needs to be erased or what needs to be reassigned.

This has saved us a lot of overcharged service jobs.

I like the satellite feature and the live traffic feature.

The interface with customer service and their ability to understand our needs was paramount to the purchasing process.

But the software is great too. Being able to find fleet at anytime has saved us time and.

If your in a spotty internet area then you get no signal.

It’s easy to use and very reliable. Download the app and it works perfectly fine.

FleetUp's platform is very intuitive and really an all in one platform. Also, Their customer success team is really responsive.

Overall I have really liked Fleet Up. The service is very good.

Extremely hard to get IFTA reports out of it and to fix any logs or see how logs are doing. Hard to see violations and hours of service.

We were able to lower our overall cost of yard management and greatly improve our yard visibility.

I have enjoyed the system and I believe it’s a great value to our customers.

PINC is a great product that is easy to navigate. This system helps not only with locating equipment but also the inventory of the equipment.

Ease of use, and visibility. Flexibility with various computer platforms.

Sometimes it's not updated with our other software. Doors are shown to be empty when they aren't.

Overall we have been well pleased with the PINC YMS. It is a must have tool on a daily bases now.

Very good experience and great tool to allow us understand how to manage our equipment on site.

I was satisfied with the system processes. It helped to enhance our yard system and gave us the ability to track and trace trailers.

I like how there's so many helpful features. Everything has it's own asset.

It was very intuitive and the RFID tagging worked great.

It does not show inbound and outbound. Once an Outbound trailer is marked as OB the inbound information disappears.

He spent the weeks leading up to the rollout on site with us and felt like a member of the staff. He follows up regularly and is the main driver behind the success of our implementation.

One of the things I don’t like about the system is the drivers cannot talk back through the system to the inside supervisors.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment that can make me dislike using this software, or possibly want to change it.

M sure there is still more to know about the system that would  benefit both the support team and the customer. I welcome any opportunity to participate in brainstorming or more feedback.
