I'm in real estate and I use it for all my planned showings.

    Pros

It does a great job of taking multiple locations and planning a logical route.

    Cons

I haven't figured out how to print a condensed summary to take with me in the car as yet.

know where to send my drivers

    Pros

ease of use. voice data entry makes it very easy to enter stops. complete information and directions available as needed.

    Cons

no real customer support. Human voice needed at times. My questions do not fit in the drop down menu. I suggest using a human contact at least once per year to advise of changes, improvements and to review contract

Enables me to run leads, organize leads with little or no inaccurate directions.

    Pros

I like the emailed daily summaries and the accurate directions. I also like the note capabilities.

    Cons

I don't like having to sign in everyday! It is a hassle when I hop into the car and using the same route I used the day before.

Mileage calculations easier. And I like the route optimization I haven't lived in this area all that long and it's critical for me to get the best route.

    Pros

It's easy to use. It's easy to have the addresses validated. It gives me mileage for the round trip so I can keep that log.

    Cons

It's hard to switch start location or end destination after you've got the route optimized. Making a minimum number of characters on this survey is annoying.

Only being able to organize a route into the shortest time period, which I generally end up transcribing a destination into Google Maps because the program sends me to a nag screen urging upgrade. I need to work. Not fiddling around with software issues.

    Pros

The only pro I can find is that it arranges destinations in shortest order of travel.
It looks like a nice interface.
It seems to have potential to be a fine software.

    Cons

It goes through to a nag screen to upgrade every time I hit the navigate button. I'm not going to upgrade. I can't wait to end my relationship with this company ASAP. It doesn't save routes. It doesn't get rid of a stop once completed. I'm moving back to Road Warrior. It has a few issues, but at least it does the job. And for 80 bucks a year, it should do the job.

    Pros

Lines up your stops so you aren't wasting time traveling in circles. Other than that, I really have anything positive to say about the application.

    Cons

Upgraded once for the upgrade. It keeps asking me if I want to upgrade to professional. You would think I should already have the professional version.

seeing all the addresses at least (pin-dotted) on a map so I could personally optimize them.... if Google hadn't went to less than 10 addresses I'd rather stay up all night doing it 1 way then have to continue to redo or tweek every detail to make sure you don't lose money or time chasing your errors.

    Pros

can input more than a 100 addresses in one setting (but if you don't save and it refreshes or times out...... back to the start you'll go)

    Cons

after entering 100s of address you'd better save as you go or it will "time out" and you'll lose your mind with the time wasted.
also by doing above you then have to merge multiple list which can be hard to figure out
sadly it doesn't let me ( or if customer service would ever answer or get back) figure out how to plan the route in closest to further addresses. Currently it has my #3 spot a 1/4 mile from my 201st stop..... def not an optimized approach to saving gas

Shorter driving distance and that saves me times.

    Pros

Saves me time because it routes me the best driving distance and easy at the end of the years book keeping of my expenses.

    Cons

When I'm driving to go to the next stop and it only give me the Walking directions :-(

    Pros

It easily cuts my planning in half. I am a Realtor and time management is key in my life. I can simply plug in my destinations, hit optimize to give me the best route, then look at the map to see how far my destinations are from one another to know how much travel time I need to plan in between locations. LOVE IT!

    Cons

I wish it could calculate the time in between locations by minutes at an easy glance. However I'm not complaining! It has much more pros then cons!

The benefits are perfect for a person in the sales industry who has to make cold calls and wants to be the most proficient as possible. The software just needs to add another pricing method. Maybe charge on a single use basis?

    Pros

Optimization of travel is beneficial for travel and work. Allows me to see the most possible prospects the least amount of time.

    Cons

Do not use it often enough for the cost. I find the program to be extremely helpful. However, with my work I do not need a full subscription. I only use the program/software 1 time a month at the most.

Freed up the daily, mundane grind of taking my established client base and "working in" client one-off's. It also allows me to better track driver productivity to see if either they aren't actually as busy as reported or over worked in which I can make the business decision to bring on another driver either full-time or over flow.

    Pros

Very easy to upload my client base and fins the best order of my service stops. It actually showed my "unbalanced" routes and where I could improve in scheduling as well as showed me a lapse in driver reported mileage and excess time per stop.

    Cons

Some functionality for back-end processes like auto invoicing as well as automatic dispatching were still easier to do by hand.

Best tool I've found, so far or planning, organizing and managing hotshot pickups and deliveries. Allows user to see how additional stops can be inserted into route plan

    Cons

Latest version has way too many pop up screens that are distracting, annoying and time wasting. Scrolling when necessary to manually add and resequence is stops is too ackward

CAN SET MY ETA'S ON ROUTE FOLLOWING CALCULATED STOPS

    Pros

Easy to use and accurate. Sets up route easily and easy to follow. You can delete stops after you have arrived there.
Great for parcel couriers like myself

    Cons

You are supposed to get 10 free routes per month. I am a Hermes courier and was half way through my route today and it cut off saying I had used my 10 free routes this month and tried getting me to pay for a subscription. I have only ever used 3, 2 this month and one last month so you are being conned beware!
