Its intuitive, it has awesome features like the client notifications, and everytime I had a question I was serviced in a very comprehensive and friendly fashion.

Really easy to use and my partner uses it mostly and she’s not the best with computers. Brilliant customer service.

Easiest routing solution for drivers to use. Monthly subscription lets me use it during busy season.

There are very few aspects that I don't like. I would like Routific to offer me an alternative when planning tours, if some deliveries are excluded from planning due to lack of time or other problems.

Loved the staff and customer service as well. I increased our delivery capacity by 400% and also reduced my time routing by 75.

There is no option  for real time traffic or messages.

Loved using Routific - you could upload your route with ease, and received quick email responses from their team.

We love this software and are constantly discovering other capabilities that allow us to scale and manage constant changing variables (e.g. different drivers, destinations, loads, etc.).

Also, the pricing for customer notifications feels exorbitant. It starts at $16 (annual plan, $19 for monthly), which might be reasonable alone, but that price is per vehicle.

Later on I started to love the API that they offer so now I have all kinds of optimization and time saving features built in.

I nneded something quick and easy to help a Charity event. Routific worked, and they extended the free trial period to allow me to complete the effort.

If not for Routific, we never would have been able to orchestrate the delivery service as fast or as effectively. If you can afford it, it's worth every penny.

Routific is a Route optimizer that helps you organize the best route possible to save time and fuel.

And the real-time progress reports are extremely beneficial. Our drivers also appreciate the freedom to utilize any map system on the back-end.

I am a tech learner and the software is very user friendly and the tech support iS very helpful. I would have a hard time with out tech support.

Ability to integrate exceptions (time windows) at the individual customer/stop level. Customer service is great.

It is easy to use and affordable. I also love that you can adjust routes so easily.

No two days are the same. And these stops are within 120 miles radius of my office.

This software was a godsend. Since Covid, we have primarily been servicing our participants via delivery.

My only complaint is that I can't swap routes for drivers.

ONLY gripe is that it can struggle with house names in smaller villages  but then so does Google Maps.

Pros for  workwave,is that it's  very user friendly and it helps me put mu drivers in a successful position routing wise.

It can handle a huge workload of orders and the available customization options for order attributes and the display interface help to streamline the user experience.

The on-boarding team and support have been great and helped us get ramped up fast.

I have had great technical support every time I have reached out for help. Now, with their question analyst it is easy to get an answer even faster.

We can build spreadsheet with all the data of our routes which we enjoy very much. Ability to put shift duration restrictions on how much time a unit can be utilized for.

With a bunch of failures from the software and looking unprofessional infront of several customers,I decided to go with Gorilla Desk. Workwave is continuing to hold me to the contract, that is fine.

Competitors had similar features, albeit more difficult to use in some cases. Ultimately for what we needed, the price was the determining factor by around 25% per vehicle.

And I am very upset that they tricked me to sign up for a year. Now I am paying a full year and they know from day one that it does not work for me.

I don't like that the GPS takes you to coordinates instead of the address. Has not been a big problem, just more of an annoyance.

The webinars are good, the site info is brilliant. The training videos could be used for us to download for internal training though.

The driver application is easy to use for our drivers and having the ability to get photos or BOL's/ issues/ setback and signatures is super helpful.

One major caveat is the inability to move orders between territories.

I love how you are able to integrate both the tracking and the orders and POD all in one software.

Workwave has been extremely helpful for me, my old routing software use to take me 2hrs plus to complete my routing process.
