It is difficult when some participants do not sign up or fill out the forms for our programs and we have no information.

Overall it's been a good experience with helpful staff and troubleshooting by the staff.

The ease of using the software and how great customer service has been. The software has everything that I was looking for all in one place making running reports great.

I liked being able to access all medical information or dietary needs so quickly. I also liked having the photo for each camper available.

When it is added as a waiver parents are only signing off that they did something when in reality they did not and then the info is missing.

Costumer service is amazing. The Software is pretty straight forward and easy to use both for administrator and user.

It does not let you know not to add spaces or dashes with the phone number. Some parents also got hooked up with emergency and authorized pick ups address.

Some of the general ePact functionality vs our set up has been confusing for customers.

We love being able to search participants by allergies and other concerns. Lots of great efficiencies with this easy-to-use program.

A lot of accounts incomplete and people don't know why so it needs to be very known to customer what they are missing so we can download files.

They have a great library of templates to choose from to get started, and once you get started the user friendly interface makes it super easy to brand and edit.

The biggest problem that we have had with Wufoo is the notifications.

Since Squarespace does not allow users to create forms with attachment options to them, Wufoo is a great solution to that.

Overall very pleased with Wufoo, better than other options in market like Jotform/Typeform in my opinion for its simplistic approach and ease of use.

I like that users can build a form quickly and easily to embed and send in emails or post on our website to reach internal or external constituents.

The Wufoo online software functions so well that I've never had to contact technical support with a problem.

I don't have many cons, with the exception of a dated feel and unattractive forms.

The simplicity of the entire platform and the ability to API connect to a variety of other stems to ensure continuity.

I put something down for what I like least but I really just work around that and we love using Wufoo.

Wufoo is cheap and easy. It's a great scrappy solution for entry forms that need quick and easy setup and integrations with things like ticketing systems or project management tools.

The forms created from Wufoo are reliable and adaptable when we update pricing/packages.

Limit of users allowed to use Wufoo. Was difficult for some of the older employees at first.

Some of the features are a little bit limited in terms of what you can do.

I was always impressed with how friendly the help desk staff were. You can customize the template of your forms, you can set rules, set up payment integration.

I hate the high price of the monthly fee. I think there should be a category for occasional users, as well.

The lack of customisations that don't require CSS knowledge make it difficult to embed forms without compromises design on our website.

Wufoo is helpful for creating any type of form in which you want someone to enter some type of information. Terms of service, agreements, anything like that its great.

Also, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. I get responses within a couple of hours most of the time if I ever need anything.

Wufoo as a website often has some difficulties--the website can be down, I've had trouble accessing because without clearing my history, etc.

Its features improved day by day, like file upload, payment processing options, etc. I especially love the conditional and logical field option, it's really powerful.

We have saved hours of staff time using Wufoo to create our market research surveys. It is easy to use and the results platform is great.

Wufoo is the most user-friendly and most fun of all survey-building software I've used.

The non profit rate is very affordable and provides a great tool to get basic survey information from customers.
