The best thing for most of Google's software is that it's free. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on survey software, this is great.

Is super easy to use and people are familiar with this platform so I normally see a good completion rate. It also integrates natively with google sheets and it's free.

There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

It's great to be able to access these benefits just with my Google account, it's free and safe.

I love that google forms are very easy to work with and that you can access them on any computer, which makes keeping forms organized great.

It has little bit authentication problem and no option to recover once the data is lost.

Google Forms allows you all the formatting options and helps you create stunning forms. Also, help you integrate those forms with other apps.

My experience has been fantastic. I have used Google Forms for employee surveys, customer feedback, community needs assessment,  and other important tasks requiring data.

UI needs work, missing a lot of simple editing tools or they're hidden and I can't find them. For example, the issue I had was with increasing font size on multiple items.

Can't think of anything that myself  or my customer don't like.

When a label doesn't print, it's tough to know what is going wrong. Finding usage of fields is difficult because they are buried in the detail of each field.

I also like the fact that the functions are command driven, easy to use instead of API/Pgm calls.

We do a lot of customization to our labels and drop ship packing lists and MarkMagic makes this easy to accomplish.

The customer support is outstanding  - very quick and will do anything needed to help.

Mark Magic is part of the VAI software and we have had great success we modifying for our clients over the years.

Native to the AS/400 so integration with WMi is seamless. Tools for formatting on the AS/400 are as good as you are going to see.

MarkMagic is a really superior product - it makes our job of producing/modifying labels infinitely easier than with other packages. The customer support is the best - quick and helpful responses.

Using this software to create the labels saved the company a lot of time  versus having to manually design and create the label formats.
