When I do have a question their support has been fairly prompt and very helpful. There is also a lot of documentation that is super helpful.

Spoiled by Formidable Forms, Gravity is price gouging for very limited features compartively.

I build a lot of websites for churches and they always ask for the ability to create forms for events or prayer requests. I love that I can confidently say yes.

Little things keep breaking which is a pain. Also not being able to style the form easily is really annoying.

Gravity Forms has eliminated paper forms for our business and everything can be filled out online now, which has been awesome. It's faster and clients definitely prefer it.

I can pretty much count on any issues with a site having nothing to do with Gravity Forms. And with all the integrations, you can use it for just about anything.

Overall I have recommended Gravity Forms to countless people and will continue to recommend it. It's the best forms solution for WordPress, hands down.

Quick fix or implementation. I find that once I have injected Gravity Forms into my design I'll get transparent field backgrounds that I will need to fix in the CSS.

Gravity forms is a good plugin for Wordpress, it is easy to use when you want to integrate it to other softwares and enabling APIs.

Setting up e-commerce solutions can take a lot of time, which can be a burden if a client just needs to sell access to a downloadable brochure or collect deposits on a workshop.

I have been using GravityForms for years. It has all the basic features you would need in a forms builder, but its third-party integrations are excellent.

Quite Possibly The Best Form Solution For WordPress.

The plugin pricing is very reasonable for using on multiple sites and the support has been great.

Easy to use and customize. Integrates with other software/platforms (I've used with ActiveCampaign).

Overall Gravity Forms has been a great tool. I find it easier and more intuitive than Forminator and I'd recommend it as a form too.

It is extremely robust in the features it offers and it’s great to have an all in one solution for all my forms.

Dull colours and unfriendly styling. Most times I have to struggle to see what is written as notifications and alerts when filling out the form.

Unless we're embedding a native MAP/CRM form, there's no reason to use anything else in WordPress.

The only con that I can think of is that you have to pay for the full version to the get full experience.

My overall experience is best withGravity Form. I personally use and recommend it to others in the freelancing field of automation.

Although, you do not have to use them they may intimidate others.

With nothing more than the PayPal email address, I can set my clients up to collect payment in a matter of minutes. I also LOVE the fact that all submitted entries are stored in the database.

I have an unlimited license that renews each year, and it's well worth the money.

This tool is best to integrate forms in your website , like this we have remove paper works.

I feel like many people don't fully use all of the features it offers. It's worth it to get the higher level subscriptions and get all of the add ons included.

Gravity forms has great logical features that can allow you to build form applications that can meet the need of any project.

I was trying to do something a little over my head and had some trouble finding the right code to apply the CSS too. The knowledgebase did help a lot but it was a struggle at times.

Forms without custom css can look bad. The default customizer is not enough.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
