Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is the most robust RMM out there, period. Their support is great and responsive. The depth of configuration and customization is unparalleled.

  • Tons of features. Price is where it needs to be. Has great capability.

  • Cons

  • Functionality wise, I have no complaints. However, in terms of UX, it looks a little dated. Perhaps the interface navigation can be improved.

  • It can be very complicated to set up, support is good but not over the top, there are a lack of reporting tools compared to what you can automate.

  • Pros

  • it's easy to use once configured correctly the information you can get out of the system is very user friendly and easily accessible

  • Clean interface and easy to use. Highly customisable in regards to queues, and an easy to use scheduling system to schedule various automated tickets, with checks or standard template incidents.

  • Cons

  • Unsure how well it will cope with further larger expansion and systems integration

  • I can say some times while loggig the problem tickets it leads confusion
