Great product for Home Health Agencies.
I think they would do better with the right marketing for their product. Most agencies are aware of their larger competitors, Cradle is mostly known in Houston but not elsewhere.
PROSEasy to use, a lot of functionality is available. Statistical reports are useful for QAPI. Easy to compare visit notes to see patient progression. Tech support is quite responsive most of the time.
CONSOccasional glitches. The PT notes are not very comprehensive and are not universally acceptable like that of competitors (Kinsser). Biller has problems submitting claims to private insurance.

Using daily for Medicare documentation
This is used for Medicare Oasis documentation of current patients. The program is similar to other programs and is easy to use. I like the calendar and easy to add tasks and the various ways to look up info on active and inactive patients.
CONSNeeding to change your password every 90 days. We should be able to re-use the password each time, even if it means verbally connecting with cradle IT person. I would like dashboard more personally fit to each user

You pay for what you get
In terms of pricing, it's pretty reasonable for what it is.
PROSVery simple concept when you get the hang of it. Oasis export feature is easy to wise and I like how I know all oasis are exported
CONSVery slow and you can't do multiple tasks at once. Not very user friendly, takes a while to learn system and still sometimes can still be very confusing

I find your program frustrating.
I have used Generations software. I wish your platform was like theirs is.
PROSIt allows us to have digital records. Editing features are a plus and customer service is nice. They even tried to help us connect to our internet.
CONSThe program has many menus within windows. It looks crazy and is frustrating to use, too many subcategories It would be great if information could be presented in a different way. Please See Generations Software I love their set up!

Software is user friendly but non compliant with regulatory.
Easy to use SNV notes and all documents are just a click away without having to switch and toggle through screens.
CONSThis software for all the good it has is non compliant with CoPs and when one brings it to their attention the staff gets defensive. Sounds like they don't want to make the necessary corrections to become compliant
