The Health EMS is a patient and incident management solution that helps in maintaining records of patients electronically. The physio control system of care helps to capture patient and equipment information transmits it to the LIFENET system and manages the information COD-STAT software.

The CODE-STAT solution provides assistance in post-event review, feedback about the patient to the clinicians, overall management and the level of improvement required in the system. LIFENET is an emergency telemedicine solution designed for hospitals and triage centers to manage patient data, asset management and more.

The RevNet solution assists in automation of financial processes using automated claims processing and accounts receivable management to help prehospital customers with billing and other financial information. Support is available to the customers via phone.

Easy to navigate. It was easy to learn the computer part of the system.

Likes Least

Did not make updated changes. There were so many things that we were redundant, that could have been changed. We recommended a few simple changes and were told that it was not feasible to do those changes.

Recommendations

We tried to suggest recommendations to make the program a little more user friendly, but we would always get the response that it is not possible.
