Did my GM think I was nuts to recommend a system virtually no one knew? Yes, it is less riskier to stick with and recommend a best-of-breed solution (or should I say solutions since it means buying and deploying multiple systems from multiple vendors... what a minute, that's not easier). We are already seeing the benefit of an ERP solution. However, I don't think we will truly appreciate and value the power of Cenium until it is fully deployed and management has come to embrace or rather depend on Cenium for managing our business.
