This software is great for budget oriented or luxury hotel alike, software implementation is easy to use and master and with robust features.

More important is that after sale service, their customer support help me a lot when i not able to do configuration in certain cases.

Ezee Front desk is overall a great software to use once its configured up to your needs. It is equipped with great features and reports when it comes to managing Front Desk.

Fully integrated Modules. We use them all, Front Desk, POS, Centrix (Channel Manager) Excellent 24/7 Support.

The good thing about this software is the integration of the reservation and restaurant module and also to our channels which makes it easy to maintain.

As an Administrator I feel Ezee Software can be improved especially by providing us with our own licensing portal where we can surrender and allocate licenses on our own.

Another reason I am so eager to work with eZee is that you are constantly working to improve your software and become the best. The software overall is amazing and gurantees value for your money.

Very difficult to get a detailed business source report, Added agent details. There is no option one time group booking instead keep adding one by one.

The cons is that the only option for paying the maintainance fees are tru wiretransfer which poses a problem for our company.

The team resolve quickly when we ask for helps.

And they promise you the world before they sign you on. After that it's dead silent.

Some support staff seem to lack basic knowledge on the products. No official training available for users and administrators.

I  brought Front desk from FocusiN Solutions, Representative was really helpful, when our we call him he is so responsible,  he searches a solution and makes it clear thanks for him.

The cons for this software is sometimes got problem with WIRU / WRD but eZee team quick solving the problem.

I have problem checking out guest from system who check out on the same day.

It is not easy to track your payables by the charge group or type created. Close shift count is also very weak and is easily manipulated by staff as there is no control on it.

The software is very user-friendly and easly customizable which is a great asset because not all hotel offer the sams amenities or require the same documentation. It has a wide variety of add ons.

I like very much to use eZee FD and Burrp and fell really comfort.

The AirBNB integration is very poor - we have one piece of accommodation that simply blocks out all future nights on airbnb.

Booking system good and is quite easy to use. But there are still to many clicks to get to where you want to go.

Switching to Seekom at the beginning of the busy season was a brave move but with the support, help and assistance from the friendly team made this an easy transition.

The service provider will wish to avoid asking for card details each time they enter a booking. Currently, there is no way of linking to a card stored within Payment Express under that guest's name.

Seekom was so much better and more cost effective. The support is really awesome as the consultants are all very knowledgable and helpful - always getting back to us quickly with any of our requests.

It needs to be easy to use and easy to administer. Seekom ticks some boxes - cloud based, reports - but missed the mark on easy to administer.

It does help if you have some computer knowledge as you feel comfortable clicking options BUT the help guides in text and video format are excellent.

We wanted a simple cloud based reservation system with flexibility around pricing and good online booking capability, reporting and integration with key channels.

Accounting package is very poor. These days holiday parks are owned by several owners who rent or lease their sites.

Pros: cloud based, no back-ups required, multiuser, responsive support, intergrated channel manager.

The payment gateways work well and some of the standard reports are very good for end of the month purposes and real time revenue tracking.

We have 3 of our own websites and we can tailor our prices for each one automatically; ensuring we target different markets effectively.

Very helpful staff and they seem to be constantly improving the software.

The UK agents are trying to get Seekom to get it sorted but it seems to be falling on deaf ears.

The cloud based access is excellent and the primary reason I haven't returned to my old system - Campground master.

However, this fault means we are getting very few direct bookings and we are having to pay commissions to OTAs because of it.

Our integration with channels such as Booking.com and Expedia have been excellent and the system saves so much time.

The user experience is extremely frustration for an administrator and is one of  the least intuitive systems I have come across for administrative purposes.

I would like to see Seekom hooked up with AirBNB however , as this would provide good competition for Booking.com.
