It's a great benefit to having three different departments' events processed through one system. The biggest challenge we face with it now is wanting it to speak to other systems.

We do receive some complains from our customers about extra fee using FareHarbor, but that has nothing to do with the overall experience.

I can not cancel the whole tour, but need to cancel every customer singular. That means if I need to cancel a tour with 40 people I need to cancel every single customer.

There is also the inability to delete several bookings for the contact during the same Order. This is annoying and time consuming when the order has 10+ bookings.

The team at FareHarbor made the transition to their product super easy. They listened to our requirements and configured the product to accommodate everything required.

There are some things missing to make diverse reservations recognizable.

It has been very inconvenient and embarrassing to either try to send emails with blocked out dates or to reject customers based on no availability, but no way to view unavailability from their end.

RoverPass  is a fantastic tool for busy Owners.

Reservations were “lost”, add-on’s to reservations were either not there, or were on people’s reservations that didn’t request add-on’s.

I love the fact that I can text/email the reservationists and even talk with them on the one, giving a more personal service. And their 'trouble-shooting' support staff are excellent.

Roverpass made our calendar much more efficient without the fear of double booking. It is easy to use and implement into our two parks.

The calendar feature is frustrating if you are doing multiple bookings or blocks for the same dates - after each one, it reverts back to “today. That gets time-consuming on our end.

What I like most about this software is the ability to look at it quickly and get all the information I need to book a reservation or reject it.

For the most part the software is fairly easy to use. Integration was seamless.

That it puts space numbers associated with one space and sometimes customers get upset if for ex space 9 is a full time slot and everyone wants space 9.
