The are knowledgeable, responsive and I never feel like I am being sold to. If there is something I feel I could use as a business owner that doesn’t already exist they find a way to make it happen.

The support staffs have been incredibly helpful as I navigate my way through this new technology. I am not very tech savvy and they have been very patient and helpful.

They are incredibly responsive via chat and email when I have a question and additionally are helpful and patient.

Questions are answered promptly and satisfactorily.

I think the best part about this software is that it has allowed me to start my business without breaking the bank.

No app available for android users, there is one for iPhones though.

If you have a question or issue they respond quickly and are helpful. They listen to their customers and work hard to create or fix features based on feedback.

Does all the essential basics: class scheduling, packages, appointments, blocking out studio rentals, sales reports, class histories for students. Customer service has been superb.

I have only been using it for about 2 month consistently, I haven't found too many road blocks, but I have not used all of the features yet. I will leave a updated review as time goes on.

For me, my process is pretty simple so I was able to keep my format simple. However, there are plenty of options if you need more.

Along with the ease of use,  the customer support of the friendly staff was a bonus.

From the time I first contacted RoomKeyPMS to inquire about their software, which is over five years ago, to today, I have always had amazing customer support.

I have been complaining about this for about 1 year. I got an automatic reply back from the room key PMS saying they opened a bug report.

Really like having the system cloud based and just about everything integrated into one system. Pretty easy to use once you start working on it regularly.

No inventory for Guest Services (cots, cribs, etc.). Overbooking seems to be an issue that comes up a lot even if you are just going into a.

The reason we picked it is because our city of operation loses electricity and internet often, and the Smart Files allows us to do check-ins and check-outs regardless.

No one at the the hotel likes it. I'm wasting time on the software instead of working with the guests.

Roomkey is worth the money investment. It has very nice customer support and easy to use.

This is the best PMS out there for my money. Opera is certainly the standard, but RoomKey does everything needed.
