  • The overall experience with Guesty is handsdown one of the best. They truly do care about their clients and they want you to succeed in your business by creating tools to help your business.
  • Easy to use software that is constantly improving and very eager to help whenever needed. Kind customer service and openly sharing updates with users.
  • I've had a great experience with Guesty - they have a caring, competent team and a fantastic product.
  • Cons

  • This is the buggiest software platform ever, and TERRiBLE customer service. I have lost thousands in bookings due to Guesty.
  • Weekly, and at times, daily catastrophic failures. This company cost me tens of thousands of dollars, run.
  • There is nothing that could have made my experience with Guesty worse.

  • The Help you actually receive @ the help desk. They are always polite, helpful and follow through with calling you back if need be.
  • The triggered correspondence and ability to send SMS to our in house guests are great features. Some of the reports are very helpful.
  • Clean screen and in and out screen are easy to view and understand what is happening in house. Fairly user friendly and I like how their are multiple ways to do one thing.
  • Cons

  • It stays stuck on somewhere in Florida, which is frustrating when you try to tell the weather to a guest.
  • There is nothing that I can condider that I am unhappy with or does not meet my needs.
  • Not being able to tokenize something and pre auth at the same time. Looks bad when swiping guest card twice.
