Best ATS to start with
I've front loaded all my recruiting needs to 100hires :)
Pros
Very intuitive to use. I'm not an HR person, thus, for me it's crucial that the tool is straight-forward to use yet powerful! Additionally, I really like that publishing job at 100hires automatically promotes it and gets you additional candidate leads
Cons
I'd like to have a mobile version but it's just a nice to have

100Hires is a Great alternative to Google Hire
Working with the 100Hires team to transition our company was easy. I was up and running in hours. The support team is great and they are very responsive to any request or question. I'm loving using this new software and it has greatly improved the efficiency of my team and streamlined our hiring process.
Pros
100Hires is very easy to use and has a great intuitive user interface. It does not take long to start using the software and become a pro. The value is 5x the cost in terms of time savings for me and my team when recruiting. The platform has all the features I was looking for and made switching from Google Hire easy and pain free.
Cons
My only request was some type of built in interview or call scheduling feature.

100Hires was just so simple to use and get started. I dislike clunky, difficult to use software and 100Hires was so intuitive I was up and running in hours.

Great tool for a small HR team
We have a small team, and some people involved in HR processes have other functionality. However, they can always keep up and be on the same page with the rest of the team thanks to 100Hires. Before we used Excel and bow we are amazed by the time saved by automation.
Pros
It can take care of a complete recruiting journey and it equips the HR team with tools to reach the target with little to no effort. Custom pipeline stages parsed resumes and evaluation forms are on a single platform.
Cons
The out of the box integration with our internal CRM is missing and requires some extra budget. Unfortunately, the company can’t afford it at the moment and it takes some extra effort to put the data into the CRM system.

A truly game changer!
I used 100Hires for my previous recruitement and it was truly a game changer. I successly hired the perfect candidate in less than 3 weeks. Before I was overwhelmed with CVs and I struggled to involved all my colleagues with our hiring process. 100Hires saved us hours by allowing us to quickly identify best candidates, chat with them and set up interviews.
Pros
100hires is easy to use and very straightforward. It is powerful and it just works without requiring hours of setup.
Cons
The pipeline UI could slightly be improved but it works perfectly!

An affordable, feature-loaded ATS - Go For It!
100Hires is a great applicant tracking tool loaded with features and comes at a great price and even a free version! Highly Recommended!

- Great User Interface - Clean and Simple! - Highly Customizable - Value for money-They even have a free version - Loaded with features, especially their Chrome extension is awesome and with more functionality than most of the other ATS's. - Evaluation tool is pretty cool - You can integrate it with Slack, Gmail, etc.

- Feature to cross check availability and find interview times suitable for both interviewer and candidate is highly desired

Vikas, thank you for your kind words! You can cross-check availability and find interview times suitable for interviewers and a candidate. Just go to a candidate's profile, open the "Interviews" tab, add a Back to Back interview, add interviewers to it. You'll be able to see availability for all the interviewers who have integrated their calendars.

Definitely, the top ATS I've tried
Pros
I've tested a couple of dozens of applicant tracking systems in search of the recruiting platform that can really meet all my expectations, and finally, I've got the one – 100hires. The highly automated system with an intuitive interface is really easy to use and time-saving. The platform integrates a lot of incredible features. For example, the abilities to connect my calendar account for scheduling interviews and to recruit source candidates from LinkedIn directly from my Gmail are really helpful. The customer support team is always there to help you cope with any issues.
Cons
The only minor drawback is that while adding a new candidate the system automatically copypastes the wrong fields from CV to the form (in case the resume is not structured according to the strict sample) and you have to correct the info manually.

Convenient, affordable, and efficient service
Pros
I like 100hires' mailbox. For me, it's very convenient. I also like the selection of recommendations, where information is updated daily for each specialty, the number of applicants' questionnaires posted, and the average salary offered by employers in this field. The navigation is excellent. An employer can see a range of applicants, their CVs, and E-mail without searching all over the website.
Cons
The search form could be developed and candidates' timezone could be clarified.

No need to keep a dozen browser tabs open in order to study one job applicant when you have a unified database of all of your job openings and candidates.

Great for small teams
When I have any questions to support, they answer pretty fast. The product itself is pretty good.
Pros
100hires.com was easy to create a job and interview candidates. It didn't take much time even I used it for the first time. It's possible to create custom tags and workflows. Table view and pipeline view mode help to screen candidates faster.
Cons
Everything was good, expepy some minor UX bugs.
