The interface is straightforward and I found it relatively easy to get started with. It has helped reduce some of the manual work involved in recruiting and keep the overall process more organized. For instance one can leave the job on drafts if they still need to edit or if they need to advertise the role publicly to allow external candidates to apply or if it should only be open to internal employees to apply for that particular job. Secondly the calendar whereby one can put on their to do list what they still need to also it has notes whereby it reminds you of what message you last sent to the candidate and so forth. #### Cons At this present moment my exposure to the system has been good.
