They spit out in either pdf or excel or csv formatting. The excel sheets are the easiest to use and the Field Grabber option for simple reports is fast and easy. #### Cons Wish people missing their assigned shifts was a bit easier to find, read, evaluate. The biggest benefit has been payroll processing—it's accurate, reliable, and gives us confidence that employees are paid correctly and on time. The Comprehensive Services model also provides access to HR, payroll, and compliance professionals who can answer questions and help us navigate complex employment issues, which has been a valuable resource for our team. #### Cons Where the platform falls short is in its overall user experience and HR functionality. Reporting is powerful but often feels bloated and difficult to navigate, making it challenging to quickly find the information you need. There is no effective way to track employee interactions or maintain a comprehensive employee relations history within the system. Leave management also requires additional paid modules, which can be disappointing if you're expecting a more complete HR solution out of the box. The learning management options are limited and feel outdated compared to other platforms, and the chat support has not been particularly helpful in our experience.
