Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's very comprehensive and easy to use. Initially seems like you can get a good deal and that the product is worth the price.
- Fantastic overall experience. I would and have recommend to several constituents.
- I like that ADP has a better integrated product. The mobile app is great.
Cons
- The amount of limitations on what your password can be is very annoying. It is even more annoying when I don't have enough attempts to change my passwords before I am locked out.
- I am being charged for services that I didn't even get to use. Every time I turn around I am having to give them more and more.
- Sometimes the layout can be confusing, and when the layout changes it's hard to get their update messages to go away once you get p to speed on where everything is.
Pros
- They have the answers and if not they will ensure they get you the answers. We have been extremely pleased with how they continue to provide us with the best customer service a client can ask for.
- It integrates seamlessly with our SSO platform and provides a nice clean, clear, and concise interface.
- We have had a great benefits team, customer service team, and over all success with the project and HRIS.
Cons
- When you assign a task to someone there is no way to set reminders or alert you if you have a task overdue. Also, no notification or red flag that says you have incomplete tasks on the homepage.
- This makes it difficult if someone has a sick day to account for it on their time-card.
- They hold you off with emails stating they are working on the problems only after you send several emails and leave many phone messages for follow up.
