If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

This software is designed with security and ease of use as top priority. It allows users to be confident with important Online information and simple log in procedures.

Easy to use with most of the important elements placed in one portal. Useful for doing taxes as they have integration with some of the tax filing systems.

The website is clean and the home page gives you a great overview of your personal work-related info. Things like PTO, benefits, paychecks, etc are all easily accessible.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

What I like most about this product is that its user friendly and cost affordable.

I also dislike that our user names have to be so long and complex with capitals. It is a pain to remember.

I've been having issues with uploading candidate profiles into out ATS. Perhaps it is a function of the customization and setup, I am not sure.

It has been a good experience so far, I've found the team behind Gem to be helpful and knowledgeable. I also am thrilled that they never seem to stop trying to improve and innovate.

It makes the outreach process super easy and it helps to get more responses from candidates with the sequences. Integrates with a lot of tools, including our ATS (Greenhouse).

I would say there are many times where the email address is incorrect or is no longer in use.

Potentially useful tool but suffers from poor ATS integration.

The integration with GSuite was very easy. It makes candidate outreach seamless and automated.

What's more, Gem can accurately identify and source direct email contacts for prospects to allow you to connect with candidates easily.

The UI sometimes feels dated, but really gets the job done. Also, they don't fully support browsers other than Chrome, but really, that's not been much of a problem.

I love what Gem has meant to my productivity. I honestly don't understand it when people tell me they don't get it.

I was massively disappointed when the Indeed integration came out because it doesnt have the capacity to reach out to cold candidates via email.
