Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.
- I also like the ease of using the reporting feature to build, edit reports you your own specification is great. I also like the standard Batch of PR reports that’s provided.
- It is comforting to know ADP Workforce Now is 100% reliable. I am always confident the payroll process will run effortlessly and efficiently.
Cons
- I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.
- If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.
- The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.
Pros
- From the ease of implementation, ability to personalize the set up of the performance process to fit our needs and culture, and the ease of use by managers and employees - All were exceptional.
- Kudos to the great customer services and the excellent guidance from. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process.
- I like that it is organized and user friendly. Evaluations can be hard to keep track of so this is a very nice asset to have.
Cons
- Everybody hated our performance review process.
- I see a lot of companies start huge and they lose control of the systems, then their efforts become a negative, bad-tasting initiative to the team members.
- We found it difficult to format the text boxes with some symbols, bullets, etc.
