  • Pros

  • The ease of use and setup of Ally has been great. Being able to connect to both Salesforce and Tableau has been one of the biggest benefits along with checking in through Slack.
  • Seamless integration with all of the systems we already use like Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, Hub Spot and many others.
  • Cons

  • The delegation to fill up some OKR for other is not so user-friendly and you can be stuck when you want to update the objective for someone else.
  • Weird UI, I am constantly struggling with it. It needs to be significantly easier to setup and manage OKRs, users and team branches in the tool.

  • Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.
  • I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.
  • Cons

  • THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.
  • Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.
