  • Pros

  • I can't say enough good things about ApplicantPro from the easy of use to the price, to all of the integrations and outstanding customer support. I give ApplicantPRO my highest recommendation.
  • Cost effective, easy to use, great reporting capability, great customer service, great posting capability.
  • They were more professional, honest, had good work ethic, and reliable. The assessment helped weed out those who did not fit our Mission and Values.
  • Cons

  • There isn't really anything about this software that I dislike.
  • Reports-seems to be confusing to get accurate reports.
  • I believe the current functionality is limited to vendor restrictions, which may be hindering advancements in the platform.

  • They are responsive and helpful EVERY time we need assistance or have a "dumb" question. Love the relationship we have with the team and technology is great.
  • The basic version of this software is great and easy to use. The team is great when implementing add ons, and the isolved University is full of helpful documents and webinars.
  • The best thing about the implementation was the good customer service we received. It was apparent that the people at TImeForce wanted us to succeed, and we were important.

  • I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.
  • This is the worse payroll company out there. The customer service is terrible.
  • Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.
