This software is pretty user-friendly. I like having the ability to clone jobs, it makes refreshing posts super easy.

I have used this for about a year very easy to post jobs and look up candidates and SUPER affordable compared to other products I looked at.

Reporting is easy, easy to filter  applicants, communication with applicants is super easy and always links to your email.

I love the ease of use and the fact that I can set something up and easily clone it rather than recreate the wheel each time - I love having templates.

The ease of functionality and use, and the integration with other software. Although I would love for it to integrate with Isolved.

The fact that as the user you can dictate what fields are important and customize your view and data culling is amazing. You can modify on the fly and add and subtract fields quickly.

I like the ease of use- Applicant Stack is very easy to use and understand. The options and data storage are also good.

The cost to place an ad for hiring is insane. So expense for the amount we pay for this product this should be included.

It is inconvenient that you can't search key words in the application form. Only the resume is searchable.

Sometimes a little hard to navigate and figure out how to do things on my own. The reports can be a little limited.

Excellent help documentation on site with easy to search topics and videos, and customer service responds to help tickets fairly quickly.

If I absolutely cannot figure it out, there is a Help section and Customer Service is always quick to respond. The reporting functions are the best I have used in applicant tracking software.

The biggest complaint that we have is that there is only one administrator allowed.

Customer Support is terrible. No contact phone number.

The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

We are using it more and more to try and spark a passion and drive within the team, through recognition and a sense of appreciation.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.
