Great ATS
This software is very user friendly. Easy to set up, easy to use. My hiring managers are able to see all their applicants in one platform.
CONSI think the reporting can use some improvement, but they are putting out new releases pretty often so that could be resolved soon.

Apploi for Restaurants
It made it extremely easy and helpful in finding applicants when our own recruiting platform isn't coming through for us.
PROSIt is easy to use and even easier to understand/navigate
CONSMore detailed screening questions, way to narrow down our applicants. One thing that I have seen is that some users are using this platform to fulfill some sort of job hunting requirements and have no intention of even showing up for an interview. i.e. unemployment, probation or parolees.

I can get any candidates, from zero experience to already trained crew.

Neutral, maybe i am not using it right but so far not impressed
PROSEasy to post unless while adding a job you need to create a filter template, then you have to start from scratch posting a new job
CONSNo learning tools or customer service calls in order to maximize the functionality

Many of the positions we recruit for are for production workers and as such, most of the site cultures involve Spanish speaking workers; Univision is vastly known and trusted by the latino communities

Apploi makes recruiting easy!
I really like it. It makes my job way easier as I assist with staffing. it keeps me organized as well.
PROSI love how it posts to so many different platforms and we get higher traffic in applicants.
CONSI do not like when I am making an ad that if the job description/ Question template is not saved, I have to open a new page instead of it refreshing without losing any information I had put into the ad already.
Reasons for switching to Apploi
We wanted more traffic. We were able to upload our application within the platform so that our applicants did not have to fill one out at the building. We get to track onboarding process and verify licenses.
