Great payroll system!

Payroll solution processes payroll for our company, time sheets are submitted and the software does the rest. We print our reports after receiving the email confirmation of completion. Year-end W-2's are done through the system too.

Pros

The software is online so no need to download onto your computer system. Easy to navigate.

Cons

Setting up new reports is a little complicated but not too bad once you learn how to use it.

Payroll Solution Leader!

I love this program and will continue using it. It has been the best option for us for years. Even when I worked in a completely different industry, this was the main payroll system. Awesome!

Great Customer Service with User Friendly Software

Pros

Software is user friendly and easy to use. Customer service is top notch and quick to respond with any assistance. The software has allowed us to automate importing payroll transactions into GL.

Cons

Additional automation between the HR module and employee records. Setting deduction start dates from the HR module would be a huge help!

Great Customer Service!

It can be more time consuming than I had expected because you have to set up a lot of the system yourself. I'm used to larger software companies that do a huge intake process and create all that in the background. With that being said, it does help you ramp up on training! Having to learn the ins and outs of how things work in the background definitely gets you used to systems functions. It's also going to be good that if I need to change somethings as we grow I can do it myself instead of having to wait on someone to assist me.

APS Works Great for Us!

The user functionality of this software product is what I like the best. Not only are we able to work with multiple pay codes, but also multiple departments.

Goodbye Sage, HELLO APS!

We had previously used Sage Payroll, which was a business nightmare. APS is so much easier to use! And being able to house all of our HR needs in one platform has greatly simplified our systems!

Pros

implementation was simple, easy & done within the set time frame; platform is very user friendly & laid out well; training was not overly lengthy yet informative & east to understand; team is very responsive; so far anything we've needed that didn't come "in the box" has been created for us; captured full historical payroll data from previous platform

Inability to directly integrate historical payroll data to accounting platform
