I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.

Has been excellent and the employees loved it. Problems have been solved quickly when a solution is available.

I like the fact that Bernie Portal is so focused on the broker. The fact that they build each website for me and update each year on renewal makes Bernie Portal such a great partner for my agency.

What I like about this software is that there is ease when onboarding new employees and then the employees also have it pretty easy when selecting the benefits that they wants.

Working closely with a BP rep that is a good fit for the firm is extremely important to make these build outs and renewals go smoothly.

The absolute worst software and customer service I have ever encountered.

The Cons are on ADP end, not Bernie. Working on these insignificant hurdles with them.

The only thing that I liked about this software, is that employees were able to enroll into their benefits, and BP would send me a summary sheet.

The report request is processed and then you are supposed to be emailed a report, but they don't always come through and then they expire if they get caught in your spam filter.

It did not work, the reports it created were literally nonsense.

Many of our employees had trouble getting logged into the portal.
