I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.

I didn't really run into any issues with Matter. My only complaint is the emails are a bit insistent, but that is only a minor complaint.

There were many types of score that I didn't even know how to rate, also the marketing team may become annoying, way too many emails.

Giving feedback, kudos and requesting feedback fits perfectly to create a  better company culture, team engagement and overall positive energy.

Matter is an all rounded package that we have started to use on a weekly basis. What I most like is the ease of use.

Matter is great for fostering feedback and kudos within our organization. Automatic reminders and integration with Slack keep employee feedback top of mind and make it very easy to use.

The feedback isn't customisable so it ends up being fatiguing seeing the same feedback templates over and over. It's also not customisable with brand.

The result is that some of the feedback you'll get will be confusing, contradictory, and not helpful at all.

Our overall experience has been positive. The Feedback and recognition system is amazing and allows us to give back to our employees in a good way - emotionally and mentally.

We have this tool integrated with slack, which makes it super easy to share feedback and shout out people on the week's achievements. Particularly when you're a remote team.

Entirely questionable necessity for small organizations.

Very easy to use and set up; employees have given great feedback about the product as a whole.

Our managers are too busy which is why my team looked for Matter. It makes getting a pulse on how your peers feel you're doing so easy and dare I say fun.

However, what I appreciated is step through guiding for setup and updating employee details and clear details on who can access what and what not.

I have had some great success with Matter. It has supported me in becoming a better manager, with tools and data to back up feedback and strategy put into place.
