Pros/Cons
Pros
- We've had a very good experience. We've use Asure to do payroll in our small business for sometime now and are very happy with it.
- It's very important that i receive a "RAPID RESPONSE. And Asure is that and many other great services.
- We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.
Cons
- No one seems to know what anyone else is doing or what is going on and the lack of communication is awful.
- Lack of response from anyone there. Lack of follow up when asking and paying for custom reports, takes over 2 months to get one file created that we need.
- Adding columns to view different categories is a bit confusing and trying it cut a separate Vacation Payout check should be easier to do.
Pros
- They were motivated themselves and presented the product for all of us in a way that made our decision easy. It is worth the investment, staff are always worth the investment.
- I also love that the money received can be redeemed for amazing gift cards. Whether you want food, retail, or just a standard gift card, you have that option.
- Good, customer service is great, all my questions get answered. The software is user friendly, and it lives up to its name.
Cons
- I have found that people have submitted nominations, but we were unaware of these nominations because there is no alert system.
- We only get $5, and if we do not give out that $ we loose it at the end of the month.
- We have had a couple of missed Anniversaries that weren't acknowledged on the platform- not sure if internal issue or Motivosity. Can't think of anything I don't like.
