The fact that it is sometimes frustrating when making changes in a profile and you have to change it in multiple spots instead of the system updating on its own.

We've been with Avanti for 15+ years. Its affordable, reliable and excellent for midsized or small organizations.

The reports work amazingly, but I struggle to create new ones. I have seen other programs with drag and drop reporting, which Avanti does not have.

Sometimes labor intensive, when making system wide changes. We have 5 separate Data Bases, so it is repetitive.

I really enjoy working with Avanti, it is user friendly and capable of handling a lot of GL detail for our manufacturing facilities.

I think Avanti is easy to use for beginners and it's even better once you start understanding the nuances.

The platform overall is very intuitive and we are able to easily integrate reporting which makes us very productive.

I wish there was an option to do a pay # 2 for a missed pay from the previous pay period.

Understanding pay groups. Difficult to grasp the concept at first.

The product does everything we need it to do for our organization and is easy to use. Its the customer service that is the big differentiator and responsiveness of the team.

Difficult in building reports to access the data.

Payroll is easy, I can report on pretty much everything I need, and year end is so much easier.

Very easy integration with hands on support during implementation.

My experience with Avanti has been excellent - from software training, to using it and the after implementation client support.

This is the first payroll system that I have used, I found it fairly easy to learn. The support team is super amazing and has definitely helped me understand the system better.

The Avanti customer service team is wonderful and is there for us at any time we need them. I like how they are constantly improving their software and they make us part of this advancement.

It is a very robust system user friendly everything is in one platform, continuous updates, payroll is accurate, but most important is their customer support.

They are quick and efficient and always want you to be satisfied with the results.

Flexibility to customize for our needs ourselves. With most other market products, that would require their programming and expertise, and increased costs as a result.

Really miss the Manuals to learn and use the program.

Only thing I can complain about is Employee Sef-Service, my staff have issues reseting passwords so I have to do it for them.

User friendly and able to get help new required.

The Avanti team is always eager to help meet the organizations needs.

Also when adding new codes to profile and getting it to link with the web is confusing and not well documented.

They have an amazing CX support team, with quick resolution of issues. Very easy to learn the system, much simpler than other payroll systems I have used.

It need more development and troubleshooting for errors.

Report writer allows us to customize reports and access information quickly for analysis. The payroll module is very user friendly and maintains all applicable employee information.

It used to be very efficient but after the update at the beginning of 2021 it has become painfully slow.

It freezes some time and it gives us a hard time in logging in RDP.

Love having all our companies under one search engine. Love the Excel ability for all reports.

We have been useing Avanti since 2000, and it's been great growing with the company and evolving with it.

Ten years ago and had to onboard two additional payrolls. Support was very helpful with big jobs like that, as well as little questions.

I'm glad that the Avanti new payroll system has been implemented successfully thanks to Avanti project team.

What I like about Avanti is the personalized quote or prices depending on what our company's requires. The customer support is also very reliable.

The data entry time has been slashed, the accuracy of the time and allocation have increased exponentially. I personally have gone from spending a few days each month on payroll to a few hours.

It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.

It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I really like the ease of use. It s very versatile and i like the customer support.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

It's an amazing tool for working together across departments specially in big organizations. It's great with tickets - tasks or bugs.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

Overall, the product is great to use. If your company invests in it then as a user, you should can count yourself lucky.

In addition, it is a great motivational tool and teaches us to discipline. It gives great insight into the status of ongoing projects and helps in their accessible presentation.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

I love that you can make recommendations and they listen to you and implement the changes which are great.

I like it is easy to use and even the price is not high for what it offers. I have been using these over the last years every day at my work and is perfect.

Great teamwork/collaboration tool with a great overview of the project and its progress, I would highly recommend this product for any software implementation.

Nice and friendly interface in the latest versions. Great power when it comes to managing permits and creating workflows.

The overall experience is good, it can be better on certain costumization fields and profile managment.

The lone thing I hate is that it is somewhat costly with regards to additional items.

I feel like there is a ton of customization and all the appropriate fields are there. I love the burn down to see if we are on track with our sprint and I also love the kanban board.

I liked most in JIRA is ease of use and helpful. It helps us in tracking project and its tasks so that we can get more clarity on project outcome and its implementations.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

We needed a help desk system that is reliable and performed the functions we wanted. It fit the bill perfectly at a cost that didn't break our bank.

Jira works great and allows to access and change boards very easily. It is a great way to communicate with the team due to the great features.

It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
