Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Has a back office integrated. Very easy to learn and use right away. Literally a few minutes and someone can start using. Customer service is awesome.

  • I like the ease of use and customization. I was able to customize the system to maximize efficiency. It's so easy to train new recruiters when onboarding.

  • Cons

  • I can't really say that I have suggestions for improvement.

  • Nothing rely, Sometimes the support is a little slow to complete tickets, however a support rep is with you to help you out.

  • Pros

  • What I enjoy most is the time I save using this program as opposed to the method we used previously. This system makes recording time and leave so simple!

  • It is easy to use and the support and service I receive is excellent.

  • Cons

  • Customizing accruals for midyear hires is a bit difficult. All else is great. Would like to see the customization function set up a bit more streamlined.

  • We've had issues with making requests into a future year. Customer service responds quickly but doesn't always have a solution.
