Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer support is amazing. My questions are answered promptly, and they are responsive to suggestions and ideas.

  • Very easy to upload and submit changes for my employees during open enrollment

  • Cons

  • The system has a lot of potential but the look and feel of the program are old and extremely outdated. If some upgrades were made it would be great.

  • The new employee has to download their W4 and I9. The employer should do it.

  • Pros

  • Vale for money the excellent customer service. The features are morden and helpful and easy to use. It is easy to operate too.

  • It is the most prolific and advanced software once can use while being in a fast paced organisation, its easy to use and has lot of detailed information.

  • Cons

  • In prior versions there were some glitches here and there, but the support team has proved to be excellent as they managed to iron out all those little glitches in the most recent version.

  • Zoho People has some weird intricacies and quirks - employees have had issues with it checking them in twice. However, that's usually easy to fix.
