Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer service is excellent and unlike many of HR solutions we tested, BizMerlin can easily be tailored by our company which we believe contributes to our competitive advantage.
- If I need help they respond immediately. I am so grateful for all of the assistance.
- Customer support is very responsive and truly care about their customers and try hard to make things better and work as a team in coming up with solutions.
Cons
- Not enough experience with the system yet to have any dislikes.
- I'm lost trying to refer people to positions in my company.
- I sometimes have to refresh a time or two to finish an application. Applicants for multiple jobs (or if I assign other positions that applicants might qualify for) can be a bit confusing.
Pros
- I love the design and the usefulness of every single feature. It helps me organize all my tasks and projects and keeps me super productive.
- For a free option, it's fantastic and I highly recommend it for project management on a budget.
- I love that each team member can be assigned tasks and the whole team can see where everyone is at with their specific tasks. I love the ease of collaboration.
Cons
- I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.
- Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
- I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
