Makes candidate selection easy!

Pros

I love how easy to use this program is. I love that we are able to create responses up front and then use them later on. This really helps with making sure that we are able to respond to interested candidates as soon as possible.

Cons

We haven't been using it that long, though at this point there is nothing that I'm not liking about it. There are a few things that I don't completely understand, but I think some of those will work themselves out with time.

An amazing all in one hiring tool!

If there is one word I could use, it would be - smooth. Everything just worked. I also liked how much functionality they have crammed into it. You really dont need any alternate software.

Pros

It was super simple to set up and get my team using this. It made our hiring pipeline really smooth. Its super simple to keep track of applicants as we moved them through different stages. It also allowed us to work better as a team. The automation tools are really good as well. Navigation and workflow is really smoothly implemented because the UI works brilliant, you wont have to open multiple tabs or go back and forth a lot. You can also create customised landing pages for your Jobs that look and work great. Lastly, the mobile app is really decent as well.

Cons

I feel like the calendar could be better implemented. But aside from that no major issues.

- Customisation options are very limited.
- Access control doesn't do what it promises.
- No reports about at what point candidates drop out of pipeline
- Usefulness stops when a candidate signed the contract

Easy to use recruitment platform for small businesses

Pros

Has an API so you can easily integrate with your website and show job listings in realtime. It's also easy to add users, manage and edit new job listings and schedule interviews. The iOS app is also useful for checking job listings when out of the office.

Cons

No major cons given the price and the fact that you don't have to commit long term.

A great way to streamline hiring

Pros

I think that Breezy HR helps to simplify when posting on multiple job boards. I'm also a huge fan of the Chrome extension that they have.

Cons

When I have contacted the support of Breezy HR, they've given me great service. I do think it's a little slow to get a response however.

Complete solution for recruitment

I used to maintain this website for our company all recruitments for hiring software developers. I can easily send a link to a local job posting website to et potential applicant. End of the week, I did sorting all applied applicants and segregate as per my companies requirements. It's really an amazing website for hiring and recruitment solution like I haven't used before. Especially, without any hassle, I can keep track of every single applicant as per my preferred criteria and follow up without even sending an email as Breezy helps to do this even easier. Amazing!!!

Pros

1. Simple and easy to navigate all features
2. I can segregate admin panel in a different label as per my choice
3. Candidate selection process, internal communication among the selection team are pretty amazing
4. Job posting to end of hiring can track with a sigle platform without any issue.

Cons

1. The website is pretty fast even in slow internet but sowing slow including bugs in apps.
2. Their no undo/redo button or option when I randomly checking and sorting applicants
3. Only Super Admin has all feature access.
4. Price for medium company like mine is little eexpensive compare to market.
