Breezy HR is a recruiting platform for small and midsize businesses. The solution provides functionality for applicant sourcing and tracking, resume parsing, and video interviews and more.

The application is cloud-based and features a dedicated app for iOS devices so recruiters can use the platform on the go. Breezy HR comes with EEOC reporting capabilities, customizable career pages, and the Restful API so developers can tweak the software to their needs.

With a drag-and-drop interface, users can customize their pipeline and organize applicants in whichever order they please. Recruiters can connect with candidates via email using custom templates, auto-responding and interview scheduling capabilities for fast response times and organization.

Users can source candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList and other sites using a Google Chrome extension, and can post openings to multiple job boards with a single click.

Breezy HR is available in a variety of pricing tiers based on the number of job openings an organization has.

Would be great if it worked

I will never do business with them again

Pros

The video questionnaire is the only reason we used this company and when it works it is great! But unfortunately it did not work

Cons

The video questionnaire did not work; we spent the monthly fee for this, paid to boost the ad on Indeed and paid to boost it on social media only to find out it was not working and all of our candidates were held by indeeed. When we complained, instead of sorry, we will fix it and work with you we were bascially given the feeling of "go suck an orange" We are out hundreds of dollars and expected a commitment to fix it and a credit but no......

One of the best platform for to simplify hiring process

Our talent search team can now find candidates easily and absorb them into our company using this great tool !

Pros

We use Breezy HR to simplify the hiring process in our company, it is really a great tool to find talent and add it to our candidate list. We really like the way it is tailored to meet our needs. Our most the recruitment's are done through Breezy HR. The initial process of adding/finding a candidate to issuing them the offer letter can be done on Breezy HR without any hassle. Great tool, kudos team !

Cons

Their mobile app is a bit slow, but rest all is good and we really liked it!

Great for recruiting and managing applications

As mentioned before this is a huge time saver and is tremendously helpful to us. Anything we can do to get more done in one day is great. I definitely would recommend this to people who can afford what I would consider a pricier product. But it is worth it.

Pros

Resume parsing is great, posting to SEVERAL job boards done for you, integrations, and far more. There are a boatload of really great features that help save time. We all know time is money and I prefer to stay focused on the job and the people who already work in the company but when it's time to find new people, this is wonderful.

Cons

There are a few features I do wish were available to Startup level pricing. Developer API would be nice and I feel like it's something that wouldn't cost the company any extra money to offer small level accounts.

Breezy HR - Company Use - 2018

Have had a wonderful experience and it has changed our internal process a great deal.

Pros

We implemented Breezy into our recruitment process in Q2, 2018. It revolutionized the recruitment cycle with it's amazing and easy to use features. To date, managing our candidate pipeline has changed durastically and made our lives much easier

Cons

There are some challenging ways when you are trying to "tag" certain candidates. Also, not being able to export your notes from candidate interviews yet is hard to deal with.

Breezy Review

Pros

I like all of the views you are able to utilize for your objective, and the group discussion options on candidates.

Cons

Navigating between sections and areas can be confusing; it is not always obvious what to click on to get to a certain area and I found myself randomly clicking through things to see if I could get where I needed to be. Parts are not intuitive.

New User but very happy with Breezy

Pretty good recluting software

Pros

My company is really new and for us it is the first recruitment software that we use and until now we are quite satisfied with the development of it. The interviews have been made much easier with this tool since my employees work remotely and this has been a perfect solution for recruitment

Cons

The calendar of available interviews is handled by us and it is a bit tedious having to offer several options to the interested to know when they're available, It will be good that the calendar could be shared and that the person chooses the day he has available for the interview according to the interviwes days

Once mobile app is fully developed this will be awesome

Pros

A ton of great features as well as "a cool look and feel". Very easy to use and customer service was very helpful when getting up and running.

Cons

The only real con I came across was the mobile app didn't have the full functionality yet. They were good just not 100%

Ease in Hiring

Overall, if you are recruiting and don't have the budget for a more expensive system or a 3rd party recruiting team, Breezy HR is your best bet.

Pros

Breezy HR helped during my days as a Recruiter. It was definitely a lot easier to sort the candidates per job listing, and to sort them into pipelines during the hiring process.

Cons

The only thing that sucked is losing some key features with the new pricing model. We had it when it was still in Beta mode and had access to some of the questionnaires that are now in the higher price plan.

individual or mass actions

I run the interview process with him, open schedules, candidates self-schedule, and I can see a resume of the professional quickly and exchange ideas with the team;

Pros

ease of automating tasks in the pipeline, send emails to one or several contacts, candidates choose the best schedule, integrates with gmail and office

Cons

integration with office is only with 365, should have a way to sync files onedrive.

A great Recruitment Tool

We've been using a different recruitment tool and needed to change to something more versatile, though this tool has some flaws we are happy with it.

Pros

- The flow of the tool is smooth.
- The applicant can apply to multiple positions.

Cons

- Once you delete the data you can't retrieve it

For a hiring manager in a crunch, Breezy gets the job done, but it's lacking features

Overall good. I received solid candidates and made a hire using Breezy.

Pros

The email notifications are helpful to understand every time a new candidate enters the system, and the screening questions and resume review are helpful for quick reviewing of new candidates

Cons

When you have a backlog of candidates -- some you are interviewing, some you're trying to interview, and others you're not -- it's hard to manage all of that. There isn't an easy way to categorize and manage all of those different scenarios.

Amazing product, ahead of the competition

Our company couldn't afford a platform like this until BreezyHR came out, and have been doing it manually and piecemeal, plus have built modules for our own needs, but BreezyHR allows us to run must faster and keep the lean team we are using for hiring and recruiting. We can now focus on retention not just getting applicants in the door.

Pros

The price for all the features it offers. Multi-channel posting, workflows, integration and support, communications process - stands far out from platforms like Taleo... and the price is amazing.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet, aside from it not being that well know, so not a lot of helpful forums beyond their own.

Easy-to-use hiring tool

Breezy HR has helped our small team keep track of new candidates. It has taken a lot of the burden off of us, allowing us to focus on building the business instead of trying to track new applicants.

Pros

It's simple and quick to set up with lots of customization options and great integration with other programs. It made tracking job candidates very easy, and we didn't have to worry about keeping tabs manually.

Cons

It's a bit pricey, but it's still cheaper than having a full-fledged hiring team.

Best for hiring people

Pros

I think it’s the best software for recruitment if your organisation can’t afford a physical HR department. It saves a lot of time and money. Its interface is very easy and beautiful.

Cons

I just started using it and i have no negative thing to say about it. But i do feel that it is bit costly.

Breezy HR Review

As a small company, we faced a few challenges hiring new people and couldn't afford to grow HR department or detect more time and money. Breezy HR was a huge help and we succeeded finding the people we need! The integrations they have were also very useful.

Pros

I tried a few services and this one was a perfect match: all needed features for a small startup company to make operations team productive.

Cons

The price was higher than we expected. Still it was worth it.

Where are my job posts

Pros

I like the concept of the UI in terms of how they have cards. The video stuff is cool as well.

Cons

The actual job posts I have no idea where they are being posted and to which job boards. Also the number of applicants Is significantly lower. Not sure why?
