When managing new employees and keeping track of all meetings, interviews, and other stages required is a problem, you might want to give this a shot. Manual cv picking is sped up significantly. Cons: The program can only be used to check one job application at a time, therefore it can't open many URLs at the same time to examine multiple resumes. I also really like being able to see what other positions someone has gone out for in our company, so I can best direct their questions or desired position.
