Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with

  • Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

  • Cons

  • The Bright move software could be a little slow, but overall it works well.

  • keeping up with the changes! While changes are good, I have trouble keeping up sometimes, then when I look for something I might not use all the time it's moved or gone or changed.

  • Pros

  • I like the new beta version, it is easy and user friendly.

  • All the cool customization that I control to meet both me and my clients HR and full cycle recruitment needs. Tech support is awesome and always there to help answer questions and problem solve.

  • Cons

  • Honestly - it's really hard find things we don't like about the software. Support has been great about helping us to work around things we thought we wanted.

  • Search function could be an inch better, it is also an American system and if you are based in Europe localisation is sometime an issue.
