Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with

  • Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

  • Cons

  • it is better than my IT skills . I get frustrated wishing I could know more do more . I wish I could email my entire data base not just 500 at a time. that would be very nice.

  • Not really sure if there is a feature that I do not like. The customer support has been very good as well. Not any negatives from my point of view.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, simple and fast. Very convenient in setting up

  • The support was great the first (and only time I had an issue). The app itself is easy (and fun!) to use. It makes tracking my time simple - one less thing to worry about during the workday.

  • Cons

  • Actually, I love the app. But it would be better if it has a screen capturing feature like every 10 minutes or so, so we can monitor what the team/s working on and to ensure no time is wasted.

  • The learning curve was a bit tough but once we did learn it was very easy.
