I have used BrightMove for almost four years and it has been a pleasant experience.

I do not have any problems with this software. Sometimes key words are difficult to use in order to search different resumes.

Brightmove is easy to use and provides all the bells and whistles we need with great customer service at a great price.

The reporting is easy to read and very useful when we have to present data to our clients. The customer service is excellent and they are always willing to listen to our concerns.

Takes a while to get used to the format. It could use more precise categories and seems to be a bit vague.

I like that BrightMove is very affordable for small business to take advantage of, yet does not skimp on the strong performance of Applicant Tracking Systems costing twice as much.

This is a great ATS and the IT suppport has been phenomenal.

They are so very friendly and helpful with any issue that you have. They are always looking for new ways to help improve the product and are there for you no matter what.

Easy to start, easy to learn to use, and limitless options to customize yourself.

Cons: I've had trouble with accidentally creating duplicate accounts at times.

They have a solid RPO model (as a reseller), great HR edition for Corporate use, and great integration points. Whether SSO log into partner sites, job posting capability, and/or social media sharing.

The staff is friendly and supportive. The follow up when the site is experiencing delays, when there are updates are very helpful.

Great software that's affordable and customizable.

If you are looking for a nice, affordable database with awesome customer service, I would check them out.

The ease of navigation and ability to enter pertinent information about applicants manuallymakes it seamless.

The dashboard allows for customization and is easy to change. The interface with Outlook is good and the overall ease of use if very good.

Unfortunately now if you accidentally hit the wrong button on your radius search you will lose the page you are on and all the progress that you have made.

It seems to be quite helpful was a tracking system and has several categories for recruitment. It allows for me to have the ease of several notations based on areas we find important.

The only negative I can think of is that the software is so customizable that at times you can get lost in the options and integrations.

It is very easy to navigate and use and it has great features for top recruiting needs. Its great to have a system where you can rely on.

Setting up took very little time and I love that I can integrate my worker's comp using AP Intego. Customer service has been great when I've needed help.

I was lured in by the price and the technology aspect of a tech company like Square.

Ease of use for sure, navigation, and customer support.

I love how easy it is to setup, add employees, and run payroll every week. I also love that they offer easy integrations with things like workers comp.

This system is integrated into my POS. Easy for employees to clock in and out, self-manage their payroll setup (bank account, etc).

Users complained they didn't receive it, making an automatic process much more laborious.

As long as there are not errors it’s great. Customer service is great once you get it( but it’s a challenge getting through.

Square is a great system that helps with payroll and really makes it simple to invoice as well as payroll for the whole company.

Used as a trial version to see if it would work for my company, Had some great features that I could use for my payroll for my business.

It was easy to get setup and connected. They had a good sales call, the person was well-spoken and sold the product well.

Synchronization is proven in most cases quite fluid. As Square Payroll supports mobile use on IOS and Android, access is.

I absolutely love the ease of use, Square Payroll submits all my tax documents for me,  works up my W2 and W3 forms at the end of the year, it is so easy and effective.

I just ran my first payroll and it's super easy and super cool. It takes a lot of stress out of the whole situation.

They lacked key functionality for a small business owner to pay himself and avoid fines and late fees on taxes. This is a product for use for retail store employees to clock in and clock out.

The customer service is wonderful - everyone I talked to has been professional and helpful. Having taxes withdrawn and submitted for me is very helpful.

It gets the job done for a good price, but don't expect any fancy stuff and customizeable reports.

Very user friendly, clean interface, prompts are easy to follow, intuitive, and helpful.

Super easy to use, swipe and payment / transaction is complete in a matter of seconds. Super easy with digital copies.

For the size of my organization, Square Payroll is a great choice.

On the timecards, I still have to calculate sick pay manually. I would like my employees to be able to sign in to sick time on their own.

Splitting deposits into more than one account has been and is available on every other payroll platform. It is crazy Square won't implement this option and is a huge annoyance.

I also like that it texts and emails reminding to do payroll. The price is great as well.

Easy to do payroll deductions for uniforms and such. Putting employees in charge of getting their paystubs and keeping their tax info up to date is nice.
